- The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on 3112025, 512026, 232026, 452026, 672026, 792026 and 2112026 (Monday). Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period.

- In accordance with the Taipei City Government’s plastic reduction policy, and effective July 22, 2025,hotels in Taipei will discontinue the provision of single-use plastic toiletries and amenities. This includes items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, and shower cap, among other disposable products. This policy will be implemented in both guest rooms and the Club Oasis.

− Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna.
− The fitness centre opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00.
− Guests can use the room key to access the fitness centre.
− Non-World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes.

Oasis Spa:
− Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products.
− The spa centre opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
− The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00.
